Join Home.Earth, an award winning innovative real estate company, in solving some of the largest challenges our society faces today.
Real estate and the urban environment have a profound impact on all of us. We spend 90% of our lives inside buildings and by 2050 almost 70% of us will live in cities. The built environment enables life, community, and culture. But at the same time, it fosters loneliness and health issues. It accounts for almost 40% of global energy-related CO2 emissions. It is the biggest living expense for most people. And nowhere is the growing inequality more visible than in how we live.
To overcome the challenges of population growth, climate change, and growing inequality, we need to move to a more conscious and responsible economic model. A model that is market-based, but not at the expense of people or planet. This is foundational to Home.Earth – a new European real estate company that is purpose–oriented by design and operates with a triple bottom line. In our property development, we are guided by the nine planetary boundaries for a just and safe operating space for humanity.
We are convinced that real estate can be transformed into a power tool for social change and have founded Home.Earth with a purpose to inspire and change real estate to serve the whole rather than the few.
