This role is perfect for someone early in their design career who enjoys being busy, working across different types of content, and learning fast along the way. Someone who likes having several things on the go, collaborating with a team, and seeing their work out in the world quickly.
You’ll join Factbird’s global marketing team, where you’ll help create everything from LinkedIn ads and website visuals to guides, webinars, and customer stories.

The Role
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring Factbird’s marketing to life visually.
Your work will appear across many touchpoints — from social media and digital campaigns to webinars, presentations, and downloadable content. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and sales to turn ideas into visuals that communicate clearly and make people curious to learn more.
Some days you’ll design LinkedIn graphics. Other days you might edit a short video, design visuals for a guide, or help bring a customer story to life.
It’s a role with lots of variety, room to learn, and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Design (≈90%)

Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Design (≈90%)
Create visual assets for LinkedIn, website, and digital marketing campaigns
· Design graphics for webinars, presentations, guides, and downloadable content
· Produce visuals for blog posts, landing pages, and product-related content
· Ensure all assets follow Factbird’s visual identity and brand guidelines
· Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals
· Help simplify technical or product-related topics through strong visual communication
Video Content Production (≈10%)
Create and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn and other digital channels

· Produce customer story videos, testimonials, and case study content
· Support editing of webinars, product highlights, and marketing videos
· Assist with basic motion graphics and video editing
Creative Collaboration
· Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, product marketing, and sales
· Share ideas for visual storytelling and new content formats
Help keep Factbird’s visual communication consistent and engaging across channels
About You
You’re someone who enjoys creating things and seeing them come to life quickly.
You like having multiple projects going on at once and feel energized when things move forward. You’re curious, proactive, and always open to learning something new.
You might recognize yourself in some of these:
- You enjoy turning ideas into visuals that people understand quickly
- You’re naturally curious about technology, data, or products
- You like experimenting with different types of content — graphics, layouts, videos
- You enjoy learning new tools and improving your skills
- You’re comfortable juggling several projects at the same time
- You appreciate practical design that communicates clearly and gets the job done
Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a team effort.
Requirements
Requirements
· 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, multimedia, or a related field
· Experience working with B2B, SaaS, tech/data companies, or creative agencies is a plus
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Some familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
· Interest in data visualisation or communicating technical topics visually
· Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
· Basic understanding of motion graphics or video storytelling
· Understanding of social media design, especially LinkedIn
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
