As our first Account Manager in Poland, you’ll play a key role in establishing and growing Factbird’s presence in the region. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up — combining commercial ownership with long-term relationship building.
You’ll be part of our Central European team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Germany and the Netherlands, while owning and developing the Polish market.
As our first Account Manager in Poland, you’ll play a key role in establishing and growing Factbird’s presence in the region. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up — combining commercial ownership with long-term relationship building.
You’ll be part of our Central European team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Germany and the Netherlands, while owning and developing the Polish market.
The Role
You will take responsibility for developing Factbird’s commercial presence in Poland. This includes:
- Opening and nurturing new customer relationships
- Building a strong and healthy sales pipeline
- Understanding operational challenges within manufacturing environments
- Guiding customers from first conversation to long-term partnership
You will be the foundation of our Polish market, shaping how we grow and how we are perceived. This role requires initiative, resilience, and a strong commercial drive. It is for someone who gets energy from building, prospecting, and winning trust in new markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Open and develop the Polish manufacturing market
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
- Prospect strategically through outreach, networking, and industry events
- Lead value-driven discovery conversations
- Run tailored product demonstrations
- Own negotiations and close deals
- Establish Factbird as a trusted partner in the region
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
- Maintain structured CRM documentation and forecast visibility
About you
You are commercially confident, structured, and relationship-driven. You combine initiative with empathy — you are comfortable opening doors and building pipeline, but you do it through credibility, preparation, and genuine curiosity.
You take ownership of your region and are motivated by building sustainable partnerships rather than short-term wins. You enjoy autonomy, but you also value collaboration and being part of a supportive, cross-border team.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments
- Ability to build and develop pipeline proactively
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
- Structured and thoughtful sales approach (MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar is a plus)
- Organized, and self-driven
