As our first Account Manager in Poland, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing Factbird’s presence in the region—building lasting customer relationships and expanding our business with new partners.
In this role, you’ll combine a strong commercial drive with deep curiosity for technology and manufacturing. You’ll nurture new business opportunities, introduce Factbird to forward-thinking manufacturers, and support customers in optimizing their performance using real-time data and actionable insights.
About the Role
You won’t just represent Factbird—you’ll become a trusted partner and advisor, helping our customers minimize downtime, increase productivity, and future-proof their operations.
In this role, you’ll focus on creating new relationships and building a strong customer base, while also nurturing long-term partnerships as they grow. You’ll be the primary contact for your customers, guiding them through every stage—from first implementation to scaling, product expansion, and strategic partnership development.

Working closely with everyone from operators and process engineers to senior management, you’ll help manufacturers unlock the true value of real-time production data—empowering them to make better decisions, run their lines more efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target industries, collaborating with marketing to drive lead generation efforts. Use CRM tools to manage activities and ensure efficient follow-up.
- Solution demonstrations and sales presentations: Conduct needs analyses to understand customer challenges and position Factbird’s solutions accordingly. Lead tailored product demonstrations and manage negotiations to close deals, applying the MEDDICC framework.
- Closing deals and contract management: Oversee the entire sales process from proposal to signature, ensuring smooth contracting and transition to our customer success team.
- Customer relationship management and retention: Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring they receive ongoing value, support, and satisfaction from our solutions.
- Portfolio growth and account expansion: Deeply understand each customer’s business to identify opportunities for additional value. Build trust to drive renewals and expand partnerships strategically.
Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the overall customer experience, sharing feedback and insights to inform future growth.
About you
You’re a self-starter who enjoys turning opportunities into results. Working independently comes naturally to you, but you also collaborate confidently with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver impact.
You’re comfortable managing your own schedule while working remotely, and you don’t hesitate to jump into your car or onto a train when it’s time to visit customers on-site. You know that building trust happens face-to-face — on the factory floor, in conversations, and through genuine partnership.

- Fluent in Polish, German, and English, with the ability to build strong relationships across borders.
- A proven track record in full-cycle sales — from prospecting and demos to closing deals and growing key accounts, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Hands-on understanding of production environments, enabling you to connect with manufacturers and speak their language.
- Comfortable traveling around 2–3 days per week to customer sites—whether that’s a quick drive or a short flight—to strengthen partnerships in person.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to help customers reach measurable results.
- Skilled in consultative, value-based selling and confident in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a competitive market.
