We are a fast-growing SaaS scale-up serving manufacturing companies globally. As we continue to expand across EMEA, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager – EMEA who thrives in a high-velocity environment and enjoys turning strategy into execution.
This role owns regional marketing end-to-end: from planning and executing demand programs, to partnering closely with local sales leaders, to feeding real market insights back into the global organization. You’ll be a key driver of regional pipeline, customer engagement, and GTM relevance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple initiatives at once — with the autonomy and ownership that comes with a scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Demand & Campaign Execution
- Own and execute regional marketing campaigns across EMEA, aligned to global GTM priorities and regional sales needs
- Localize global campaigns, ads, and sales enablement collateral for regional markets
- Execute email nurtures, webinars, and ABM programs focused on pipeline creation and acceleration
- Track performance and optimize programs based on data and feedback
Events & Customer Marketing
- Plan and deliver regional events, including micro-events, executive dinners, and trade shows
- Own the Customer Advisory Board program for EMEA in collaboration with sales and leadershi
- Partner with sales to drive pipeline for regional customer stories, including case studies, references, and advocacy
Sales Partnership & Regional Ownership
- Act as the primary marketing partner for regional sales managers
- Align closely on ICPs, priority accounts, territories, and pipeline goals
- Support sales with localized messaging, enablement assets, and campaign insights
- Bring a “one team” mindset to revenue growth
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
- Collect and share local competitor insights, market trends, and customer feedback
- Provide regional input to product, content, and digital marketing teams to refine positioning and messaging
- Help ensure regional realities are reflected in global GTM strategy
Marketing Operations & Scale-Up Rigor
- Maintain strong HubSpot data hygiene (segmentation, campaign tracking, reporting)
- Ensure consistent processes while adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Balance speed with quality in a fast-paced scale-up rhythm
About you
We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in field, regional, or demand generation marketing, and at least two years of hands-on experience driving pipeline-focused initiatives. You thrive in fast-growing SaaS environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to turn strategy into measurable impact.
Experience in B2B software—especially within manufacturing or Manufacturing SaaS—is a strong plus, as is a passion for building programs that directly support growth and regional success.

Skills & Profile
- Proficient in German.
- Strong generalist marketer with hands-on experience across:
- Email marketing
- Event planning and execution
- Campaign management
Customer marketing - ABM fundamentals
- Highly structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, content, digital)
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and confident working in marketing automation tools - Self-starter mindset — you see what needs to be done and move fast
Tools
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
