About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the hands-on partner guiding our customers through digital transformation on the shop floor.
You’ll work directly with production teams, Operators, Supervisors und Managers, to turn data into improvement. Using Factbird’s platform, you’ll coach teams to identify losses, boost OEE, and build a culture of daily performance excellence.
This role blends manufacturing expertise, change management, and coaching — perfect for someone who loves helping others succeed through practical, people-driven improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach frontline teams on how to use Factbird data to solve real production problems, eliminate waste, and drive performance.
- Lead structured improvement workshops that translate insights into measurable actions and results.
- Guide customers through rollout and adoption, ensuring Factbird becomes an integral part of their daily routines.
- Support customer leadership with performance reviews, KPIs, and progress dashboards.
- Identify expansion opportunities by demonstrating tangible ROI and deepening customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams to represent the voice of the customer and improve the platform.
- Document best practices and contribute to Factbird’s library of success playbooks and training content.
- Measured on customer retention and Product expansion within existing customer base
About You
You’re an experienced manufacturing practitioner or continuous improvement coach who thrives on helping people succeed. You understand production systems, communication styles on the shop floor, and the difference between “data shown” and “data owned.”
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, consulting, or CI coaching role.
- Strong understanding of production KPIs: OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, etc.
- Proven experience driving behavioral and cultural change.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, from operators to senior managers.
- Comfort working with digital systems, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and another European language.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA.
