We’re growing our team and looking for a talented new colleague to help drive our expansion across North America. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business accounts within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, while also serving as a brand ambassador for our innovative LC-MS/MS based separations platform for proteomics, the Evosep Eno.
What we do
Evosep aims to improve quality of life and patient care by radically innovating protein based clinical diagnostics. Making sample preparation and separation before MS analysis 10 times faster and 100 times more robust will enable truly large cohort studies for biomarker validation and provide the foundation for precision medicine.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support BD leadership to further develop Evosep Biosystems’ long-term strategic direction and accelerate growth in non-academic markets.
- Identify and penetrate new accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotech segments.
- Nurture existing account relationships by ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Work with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Share market insights and feedback with broader organization.
- Enable the organization to achieve revenue and unit volume targets.
- Organizational mapping to uncover decision makers.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and organizational stakeholders (technical and commercial teams), closely collaborating and prioritizing adjacent workflow opportunities.
- Plan and prepare presentations and proposals that address client’s pain points.
- Work effectively with legal, finance, regulatory, marketing, and scientific teams to support seamless execution.
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, and bring several years of experience serving LC-MS/MS laboratories — whether through market development, business development, corporate strategy, or sales in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (an MBA or MSc is a great bonus!).
- You have a solid grasp and demonstrated understanding of the drug discovery and development process.
- You’ve got a proven track record of opening doors, generating new business, and driving revenue growth.
- Your communication and presentation skills are top-notch — you know how to connect, inspire, and influence.
- You thrive both independently and as part of a team, and enjoy collaborating across functions.
- Experience with LC-MS/MS based proteomics workflows (like biomarker discovery and validation) is a big plus.
- You’re flexible, curious, and eager to contribute beyond your core role, jumping in where needed to support key initiatives.
- This is a remote role based anywhere in the U.S., with travel up to 50% — though most months will be closer to 30%.
