What we do

Our mission at Evosep is to improve the quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein-based clinical diagnostics are performed. Through collaborations with world-leading scientists, we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make LC-MS sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than today's alternatives.

Role overview

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of growing our revenue and market presence. You have a hunter mentality, and your mission is to generate new business, build key relationships, and create value for our customers and partners. Success in this role requires seamless coordination with internal teams, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of our products and industry. You have a can-do attitude, are goal-oriented and motivated to go the extra mile for our customer.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals. Develop new sales opportunities and upsell to existing customers.

  • Deliver compelling presentations, create quotes, and showcase the value of our products and be true to the Evosep mission.

  • Expand our customer base trough targeted outreach and establish professional relationships with clients and partners.

  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Back Office teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Represent Evosep at industry events and organize and host local customer workshops in alignment with Marketing.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, submit forecasts, and convey voice of customer.

  • Contribute to commercial objectives, team success, and customer delight.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Analytical Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Hands on experience with Proteomics and LC-MS is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Mission driven, customer in focus, self-motivated.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally to HQ in Denmark or international events.

  • When not travelling, you must be motivated to work from home.

  • Proven track record of selling into Academia, Pharma and Biotech sectors in the territory. Experience with LC-MS and/or Sample Preparation is a plus; however, we’re equally excited to hear from candidates with a background in Genomics who are passionate about pioneering the future of Proteomics.

  • Fluent in German and English; other local languages are a plus.

  • Valid class B driver’s license.
