We are experiencing increasing demand in Europe and are looking for a person to join our team of field service engineers and technical support specialists that provide world-class service and support for our customers.

Do you have hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation for proteomics, great technical knowledge, excellent people and communication skills and enjoy a remote position with travel? Then you might be the one we are looking for as our new Field Service Engineer.

Our mission at Evosep is to improve the quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein-based clinical diagnostics are performed. Through collaborations with world-leading scientists, we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make LC-MS sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than today's alternatives.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Plan and provide installation, preventive maintenance and repair at customer sites.

• Perform remote technical support for customers and service partners.

• Design, create and maintain service documentation and training material.

Qualifications

• Technician, Engineer, B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry or related fields.

• Good technical skills and ability to quickly analyze and understand complex technical issues.

• Hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation for proteomics.

• Good communication and “people” skills are essential. This goes for both writing and presenting skills, as well as listening and interaction skills in general.

• Frequent travel within Europe will be required. Ideally, you are based in Europe with convenient access to an airport.

• When not travelling, you must be motivated to work from home.
