Are you experienced in both direct and indirect sales and business development? Do you see teamwork as essential for success and are you highly motivated and results-driven? If so, keep reading! We are looking for a new Channel Partner Manager APAC & EE to drive our distribution partner business in the APAC and East Europe regions, with a primary focus on APAC. You will be the territory manager, the local face of Evosep and serve as the first point of contact for business partners. You will report to our VP EMEA & APAC and ideally be based along the coastline in China or in the EU, near an international airport.

Through collaborations with world-leading scientists we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than todays’ alternatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing channel partners, their major customers and local KOL to ensure customer delight and maximize sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective partner enablement and support to secure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively market our products. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit and develop channel partners.

Ensure distribution partners are onboarded, trained and supported well, ensure Evosep’s product portfolio and value proposition are known, desired and in routine operation – with support from relevant HQ departments.

• Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Represent Evosep at local and international congresses and exhibitions as well as organize and host Evosep customer events and distributor meetings.

• Track and report an all LC-MS Proteomics sales in your territory as well as on key metrics, such as partner performance, revenue generated, and market share. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.

• Meet and exceed commercial objectives, customer delight and contribute to overall company mission.

• Support your colleagues in the field or at the HQ is a major part of the job - we are a group of dedicated experts with a very heterogeneous mix of skills and competences.

Qualifications

Your most important qualification is your personality! We care about hiring people who we believe can thrive and develop at Evosep. Our team is diverse, but a positive can-do attitude and the desire to be part of something bigger than yourself are common characteristics for the entire team. For this role, the following qualifications would also be preferable:

• Ideally B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Analytical Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.

• Outstanding track record of success in direct sales or channel partner management in a scientific market environment (ideally LC and/or MS instrumentation in Proteomics) with at least 3 years of experience.

• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with business partners, clients, KOLs and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• An inspiring, empowering personality with a getting-things-done-mentality and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as well as work effectively from home often only virtually connected to field or HQ colleagues.

• Willing and capable to spend a large amount of time in the field with clients, local Key Opinion Leaders and distribution partners.

• Frequent travels over few days will be required within your territory, occasionally to our HQ in Denmark, or to international congresses and supporting colleagues.

• Comprehensive understanding of the LC-MS market environment (ideally in Proteomics) in major countries in APAC and East Europe.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, other regional languages are considered a plus.

• The role requires international travel >50% of time.
