We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated VP of EMEA and APAC who will oversee all regional activities, including sales, service, regional marketing, and pre- and post-sales application support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, developing teams and establishing and nurturing customer relationships.

What we do

Our mission at Evosep is to improve the quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein-based clinical diagnostics are performed. Through collaborations with world-leading scientists, we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make LC-MS sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than today's alternatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business strategy in EMEA and APAC to achieve bookings, revenue, and cost targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales, service, marketing, and application support professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to ensure the company's solutions and services meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to drive market share growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Odense HQ to ensure that the company's products and services meet the needs of the EMEA and APAC market.
  • Ensure the EMEA and APAC teams provides excellent customer service and support, including pre- and post-sales application support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats and adjust the business strategy accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the LCMS landscape and opportunities. Ideally, with experience from the supplier, pharma, or testing laboratories.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Service leadership roles in the life science tools space. Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • EMEA based with willingness to travel as needed.
