The Mission

At Eupry, we’re on a mission to make compliance effortless across the entire supply chain. From the manufacturer's cleanroom to the global logistics warehouse, we provide wireless monitoring and automated mapping that gives our clients "wireless peace of mind." We are looking for an Field Implementation Specialist who understands that in healthcare logistics, the quality of the installation is the foundation of patient safety. You will be the hands-on expert responsible for the physical installation and formal qualification (IQ/OQ) of our systems in some of the world's most critical cold chains.

What You’ll Do (The Eupry Way)

  • Precision GMP Installation: You will lead the deployment of wireless data loggers and gateways. You ensure that every sensor mounts in accordance with SOPs, preserving the sterile, organized state of the client’s facility. Whether installing continuous mapping or thermal monitoring, you place each sensor and probe intentionally, following strict GMP/GDP protocols.
  • Connectivity Verification: You’ll be the bridge between our hardware and the cloud. You’ll handle light-touch connectivity troubleshooting—verifying IP assignments, performing ping tests, and ensuring the system maintains a robust "heartbeat" with our Monitoring and Mapping platform before the final sign-off.
  • Aseptic & Cleanroom Discipline: You are comfortable with gowning procedures and cleanroom etiquette. You move through production floors and labs with a "leave-no-trace" mindset, ensuring our monitoring solution is integrated seamlessly into the client’s workflow.
  • IQ/OQ Protocol Execution: You manage the installation record by executing the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols, verifying correct installation and intended performance of each component. You produce precise, audit-ready reports.
  • Validation Handoff: Once the infrastructure is qualified and the IQ/OQ reports are finalized, you’ll coordinate with our Validation Team and provide them with a stable, fully-documented system ready for their mapping studies.

Education Minimum Requirement:

    • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years maintenance experience with a focus on industrial, pharmaceutical, food industry, and/or laboratory equipment.

Certifications and Skills:

    • 1–3 Years in the Field, You’ve spent time in GxP environments (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech) and aren't intimidated by a cleanroom or a -80°C freezer. Ability to read, write & understand technical documentation, SOPs, Maintenance Plans, PM’s, and work orders preferred.
    • IPAF PAL (Powered Access Licence): Required. You must hold a valid PAL card (specifically categories 3a/3b) or be fully willing and eligible to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment. We value safety as much as we value data.
    • Connectivity-Savvy: You aren't a network engineer, but you’re tech-curious. You can troubleshoot a local LAN connection, understand DHCP vs. Static IPs, and verify that the system is communicating correctly with the cloud.
    • Customer-First Mindset: You enjoy being on-site, solving problems in real-time, and helping clients feel confident in our solution. Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Precision & Detail: You take pride in a clean installation. You have a sharp eye for physical alignment, secure mounting, and "clean" cabling.
    • Standards: Strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols (PPE, gowning, high-vis) as required by the site.

The "Onsite" Requirements:

    • Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, sit, and use hands, handle or feel tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, talk, and hear.
    • Passport & Border Readiness: Must possess a valid, current Passport. You must be able to travel freely and without restriction.
    • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a willingness to be on the road 70% of the time.
    • Site Access: Because our Implementation Specialists work onsite at regulated pharmaceutical and logistics facilities, candidates must meet all client-specific security and background requirements for facility access.
    • Regulatory Mindset: A deep respect for the fact that your IQ/OQ reports are the primary evidence of compliance for auditors.
    • Adaptability: Comfort working in environments ranging from +25°C labs to -80°C ultra-low freezers and busy logistics cross-docks.

The Lifestyle: Life in the Field

    • This is a high-impact, field-based role. You are the hands-on expert our clients rely on to get their systems up and running.
    • Travel Expectation: You will spend 70% of your time traveling across the United States and Canada. (roughly 3 out of 4 weeks per month). Possibility to travel to Copenhagen, Denmark and visit our HQ.
    • Global Compliance: You’ll adapt to a range of site requirements, from strict FDA-regulated plants in the US to Health Canada-compliant facilities.
    • Travel Perks: We provide a comprehensive travel budget, including all flights, hotels, and a daily per diem.
    • Loyalty Points: We believe the "road warrior" lifestyle should have its perks. You are encouraged to sign up for your own loyalty programs; all miles and points accrued are 100% yours for private usage.
