About DynElectro

DynElectro is a dynamic deep-tech scale-up with approximately 25 employees, revolutionizing hydrogen production through our advanced SOEC (Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cell) technology. We convert up to 90% of electrical energy into green hydrogen while supporting grid stability and reducing costs for Power-to-X applications.

Founded in 2018, we are now in an exciting commercialization and growth phase with MW-scale units being deployed, strategic partnerships, and pilot projects in the industry. We operate in a flat organization with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and personal development.

About the Position

We are looking for an analytically strong master’s degree student in business, finance or similar from e.g. CBS, KU or RUC to support our newly established Business Development & Sales function. You will work closely with our Head of Business Development & Sales and contribute directly to the company's commercial growth strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with strategic market analysis in a technology company at the forefront of the green transition, where your analyses will have direct impact on business decisions.

Your Main Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Intelligence

- Conduct market analyses within hydrogen, Power-to-X, and related sectors

- Identify and analyze potential customer segments and geographical markets

- Map the competitive landscape and technology trends

- Monitor regulatory developments and support schemes (e.g., RED III, RFNBO requirements)

Data and Reporting

- Collect and structure market data from various sources

- Prepare presentations and reports for management

- Maintain and update the company's CRM system with relevant market information

- Contribute to development of business cases and sales materials

Business Development Support

- Assist with preparation for customer meetings and negotiations

- Identify relevant conferences, events, and networking opportunities

- Support bid processes with background research and data collection

We Expect That You

Education:

- Are enrolled in a Master's program in business, finance or similar from e.g. CBS, KU or RUC (Strategy, Organization & Leadership, International Business, Business Administration and Innovation, or similar)

- Have strong analytical competencies and interest in the energy sector

Skills:

- Are structured, self-driven, and detail-oriented

- Have strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets

- Master PowerPoint for professional presentations

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English

- Can work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

Personal Qualities:

- Curious and quick to learn new topics

- Structured in your approach to problem-solving

- Have commercial understanding and interest in technology

- Thrive in a dynamic startup environment

It is an Advantage if You:

- Have knowledge of the energy sector, hydrogen, or cleantech

- Have experience with market analysis or business development

- Have knowledge of CRM systems

Practical Information

Working hours: 1-2 days per week (7-15 hours), with flexibility in relation to studies

Location: Syvvejen 10, 4130 Viby Sjælland (close to Roskilde Station)
