The Opportunity:

As a Jr. Content Designer at Dawn Health, you will be part of a growing team dedicated to user experience, patient safety, and product quality. The Product Strategy and Design department focuses on creating user-centric health products. The position is a student position, and is estimated to 10-15 hours per week.

About You:

We expect you to be in your second year or have a bachelor's degree in journalism, media, information technology, or a related field.

You have experience with writing a variety of content types, including articles and long form copy. You have experience in wiritng content where referencing is required, and it would be a bonus if you have written content within the health and wellbeing space.

• Able to adapt your writing style to different brand voices and for different content types.

Your Responsibilities:

• Writing articles for a product's content library for its target user group, aligning with the product's voice and persona.
• Support with research and consolidating key insights to support a product's content strategy based on the user group needs.
• Support with proof reading and grammar checks of content, including articles, UX copy and presentations.
• Support with creating the written content for Dawn Health's website case studies.
• Other ad-hoc tasks in the department.
