We are a rapidly growing company, with a global footprint and strong owners. We are looking for a Finance and Business Controller to join our team in Copenhagen.

The Opportunity:

As a Finance and Business Controller in Dawn Health, you will be part of a finance team of 4, reporting directly to the CFO. The finance team is managed by the CFO, who is also responsible for the HR and recruitment function. You will be responsible for supporting the CFO and leaders of the organization with business analytics/partnering and insights, while also overseeing the work of the Finance Assistant in the daily tasks of the Finance department. You will assist the CFO in developing and running the ongoing finance reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel. As Dawn Health works with large, global clients on long-term contracts and most of the company costs are for our own staff, the volume of transactions of the Finance department are relatively low.

About You:

As a person you are independent and structured in your work. You are friendly and supportive towards your colleagues, as you will have a central role in the information flow of the company. You are a team player, and always willing to give a helping hand to your colleagues. You enjoy a combination of routine and ad-hoc tasks. Further you:

• Have experience in the same or a similar position
• Have a relevant education at Master Level
• Have an analytical mind-set and like to work with problem solving at all levels of an organization
• As a minimum have good skills in Excel and other Office products
• Corporate English must be mastered fluently, both orally and in writing. A Scandinavian language is an advantage.

You will have merit if you:

• Have experience using Power BI

Your Responsibilities:

Your role in the team will be to support the CFO and organizational leaders as a trusted business partner. Also, you will assist in overseeing the Finance Assistant in the ongoing operational tasks of the finance department. Your tasks will include:

• Ongoing business reporting to project/department leads
• Ongoing support on project forecasting with project leads
• Ongoing business controlling
• Month-end reconciliations and control of the Finance Assistant
• Other ad-hoc finance tasks
