We are looking for a Global Product Owner to join our Product team in Copenhagen.

In realizing client and patient value, Product Ownership is a core capability that we apply to ensure that the insights from our product strategy process are translated into meaningful products that drive patient outcomes and commercial value.

The Product team is therefore looking for an experienced Product Owner that will drive product management of key projects and take a client facing role, interfacing with key stakeholders across the pharma value chain. In this role you will work with engineers, researchers, and project managers, translating user and client needs and business objectives into best-in-class patient-facing applications. The position reports directly to the VP of Product.

About You:

• Are enthusiastic about developing impactful products for patients living with serious chronic diseases.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, innovation management and/or strategy development
• Have familiarity with pharmaceutical and digital health companies, including their interface with regulatory, quality and security requirements.
• Have experience working in a project-based/consultancy-structured company
• Have experience with software development
• Have a proven track-record of leading cross-functional product teams.
• Have a demonstrated ability to scope and execute on a product strategy, including the development of tangible roadmaps and prioritization mechanisms.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Bonus points if you have worked with regulated design (think ISO standards), patient-focused solutions, or award-winning digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on product strategies that cater to the needs of leading pharmaceutical companies and their patients.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to build and launch products that meet product requirements, regulatory guidelines, and timelines.
• Be a trusted advisor to our Life Science partners, understand their needs and include them in product development plans and product roadmaps.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Measure and understand product performance and use data to make informed decisions about further development, feature prioritization, and optimization.
