About the Position:

Our office is located in Nordhavn where you on the daily will get to meet 100 colleagues, who value to have a piccoline who supports our organization on a daily basis while keeping the office clean and tidy in the process.

About You:

• You are energetic and take ownership of assigned tasks
• You are service-minded with an outgoing personality
• You can be flexible when it is needed

Your Tasks:

• Setting up lunch delivery, cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes afterwards.
• Keeping the kitchen and coffee machine nice and tidy throughout the day
• Stocking, starting and emptying the dishwashers
• Restocking the fridge
• Supply toilets with clean hand towels and removal of used hand towels.
• Laundry of hand towels
• Checking and tidying up meeting rooms
• Throw out the trash after lunch
• Ad-hoc-tasks such as greeting guests, sending documents, register parking, answer the phone, watering flowers, help with setting up for bigger events and meetings, and make orders for food, flowers, and beverages.

Practical Info:

The position is part-time with set working hours daily from 11.00-15.00 (20 hours weekly). However, periods with extra hours may occur and should be expected due to e.g. illness, holidays, or events.

• Language: English (Danish is a bonus)
• Hourly wage

As the summer break is slowly approaching it is a must that you can work fulltime in weeks 27, 28 and 29 (37 hours weekly).
