The opportunity:

Joining the Dawn Finance team as a Sr. Financial Controller will give you an opportunity to experience exciting and challenging tasks and days, that will allow you to develop and grow your own abilities, and add more responsibilities quicker compared to a traditional finance setup. Our finance team is set up in an agile and informal structure, where everyone is highly involved in all areas and aspects of the financial and commercial part of finance while still maintaining and distributing very clear responsibilities to all.

• You have +3 years of experience working as a financial controller or similar.
• You have a relevant educational background in finance e.g., cand.merc.AUD, FIR, ASC or similar.
• You have professional proficiency in English.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and control all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Support in the budget preparation, forecasts, and financial processes to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide financial insights to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
