Talent Acquisition Specialist
Creative Force
What's the vibe?
...See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together.
And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.
That means we don't always hire the people with the most experience. Some of us have PhDs. Others have spent multiple decades working at the top of our field. But we've also hired former tennis coaches, film students, photographers, hotel front desk workers, freelance travel agents, and fashion designers.
While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:
- We love solving challenging problems.
- We're passionate about the work we do.
- And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, who go the extra mile to support one another, and who make work feel a little less like work.
But, hey, there are lots of job posts out there that are cool and vibey and explain how unique their company culture is (look, a ping-pong table!). We know, we've seen them. Some might be truer than others. As for us, we think you'll notice the good vibes the first time we chat.
But don’t just take our word for it. In the video below, you’ll meet Pernille Weitemeyer (Director of People), Julie Schumacher (People Operations Partner), and Aaron Horwath (Director of AI Operations), talking about what it’s like to work at Creative Force, and what they hope to find in a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
What's the Role?
Still interested? Awesome. Here's the deal:
We have something kind of amazing at Creative Force. A product that's genuinely changing our industry. A team that actually likes each other (wild, we know). And a culture that isn't just a poster in the break room.
But here's the thing: we're growing. Fast. And we need someone who can help us keep finding the amazing humans who make this place what it is.
Enter: you. Our future Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You'll be running end-to-end recruitment across Europe and the US. You'll partner with hiring managers who are building teams that matter. You'll work with colleagues in Denmark and Vietnam who are doing genuinely cool things with AI in HR. And you'll be the person who makes sure every candidate we talk to gets why Creative Force is special.
This isn't a "post jobs and pray" kind of role. You'll be experimenting, improving, and literally helping us redesign what modern recruitment looks like at Creative Force. You'll have the freedom to try new things, the support to make them work, and the increasing autonomy to own the whole process as you grow into the role.
You’ll help craft employer branding initiatives that showcase who we really are, and help us build one of the most modern recruitment processes out there.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Self-Assessment
Normally, this is where you'd find a three-page-long list of required skills, including but not limited to: fire dancing, speed stacking, and knife-forging.
But it's 2026, so we aren't going to do that to you.
We do know, however, what characteristics we believe make a kick-ass Talent Acquisition Specialist. To help you evaluate if you'd be a good fit for this role, we've provided them below.
And real talk: We don't care about your previous job titles or how many years you've been doing this. Seriously. We care about who you are, how you think, and whether you'll thrive here. We don’t expect you to have done this before - we expect you to want to learn it.
You're Actually Passionate About People
Look, we know everyone says they're "people-focused" in interviews. But you? You genuinely light up when you make the right match. You care about candidate experience because you know what it's like to apply for jobs and hear nothing. You build relationships, not pipelines. And when someone you hired crushes it at Creative Force, it genuinely makes your day.
