We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Marketing Manager, specializing in performance analytics, to join Corti on a 12-month maternity cover for our Senior Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for someone who excels at the crossroads of performance analysis, content creation, and campaign execution.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Director of Marketing and the rest of the Marketing Team to ensure we keep momentum across global initiatives. You’ll be part of managing day-to-day marketing operations, pushing out new content and campaigns, and bringing a performance mindset to how we track and improve our efforts.
You’ll be stepping into a lean, fast-moving team with strong creative and strategic foundations, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact across Corti’s presence in healthcare and AI.
What you’ll do
Optimize and report on campaign performance: drive lead generation and pipeline metrics
Execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns: email, paid, content distribution, web
Coordinate asset production (with support from the design team + existing content) and ensure timely launches.
Collaborate with our events team on digital amplification and follow-up flows for conferences.
Support market-specific go-to-market initiatives with localization and stakeholder outreach.
Contribute to content creation: Campaign copy, email flows, landing pages, case studies, etc.
Maintain HubSpot workflows, manage campaign tagging, and own basic CRM hygiene.
Report on campaign effectiveness across channels and suggest optimization tactics.
Support the planning and execution of product launches, report drops, and key campaigns.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in marketing (healthcare, tech, or SaaS preferred)
Strong understanding of campaign metrics, performance marketing, and marketing ops
Excellent copywriting and content execution skills
Experience managing email platforms (HubSpot a plus) and campaign workflows
Able to roll up your sleeves and push things out, organized, reliable, and proactive
Familiarity with the AI or developer space is a big plus
Bonus: experience with paid media, SEO, or web analytics
