We're looking for a motivated GTM Manager to boost sales in the US. As part of our go-to-market team, you'll find and seal important deals to help our organization grow. Your success will depend on knowing our business well, being a great communicator, and having a track record of successful sales.
Your main tasks will be finding and closing new accounts, expanding existing ones, and handling renewals. You'll also share customer feedback with our product and engineering teams to shape our future offerings. To do well, you'll need to focus on customers, balancing understanding, diligence, creativity, and strategy.
Your job is to get Corti’s AI into the hands of as many customers as possible across the US healthcare sector. This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully achieving commercial targets, but even more importantly: it requires the right kind of person with grit, determination, and an intense longing to make a difference.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the full sales cycle, with an emphasis on creating and growing new accounts.
- Work your own deals and build your champions all the way from the early stages to closing.
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, nurturing relationships with executive sponsors, GMs, healthcare professionals, as well as our partners.
- Own the end-to-end renewal process - conducting Quarterly Reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and coordinating with product teams internally at Corti.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and help identify pains and patterns and feed these insights to Corti’s product teams.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Growth, and Engineering to share feedback from customers and improve our products.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You have led complex B2B SaaS enterprise deals
- You have a track-record of hitting your revenue targets >$1M per year for more than 2 years
- You are a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
- You are curious, engaging, a great communicator, making you excellent at qualifying customers and deals.
- You know how to build your own pipeline and build and nurture relationships.
- You’ve worked at fast-growing, high-performance companies
- You’ve led or been part of customer events (e.g. trade shows, conferences, product launches), where you had an active role in generating pipeline
- You’re well-versed in sales methodologies, like MEDDIC, and you are used to working in a reporting cadence, and making account plans.
