Do you know how to locate the best technical talent? Are you a go-getter who will seek out and convince them to join Corti? Do you use data to track your results and to constantly make the hiring process better? Then this might be the job for you!
As a seasoned recruiter, it is your goal to hire the next generation of Cortians. From Machine Learning Engineers to Data Scientists: you just know how to get them into your talent pipeline and convert them to successful hires!

💡 What will you do?

  • Spearhead our tech recruitment efforts globally
  • Manage the hiring plan and recruitment process for our Product & Technology department
  • Partner with Corti’s hiring managers to understand the hiring needs
  • Create job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build talent pools with stellar candidates for Tech roles
  • Gather data and provide insights from the recruitment efforts that will improve processes (e.g. salary benchmarking)
  • Conduct assessments and screening calls with candidates
  • Develop training for hiring managers to boost their skills in recruitment

What background we’re looking for:

  • Solid understanding of niche technology profiles (e.g. Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers)
  • Strong track record in Technical Recruitment from a top tier recruitment agency and / or in house with a tier 1 technology company
  • Solid experience with the European recruitment market
  • Knowledge of best-practice recruitment methods and metrics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and hybrid environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills


  • The role reports into the VP of People
  • The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible
  • Hybrid role based in London or Copenhagen
