The Role & Your Impact

• You’ll work with a team of four operators to run daily production, complete cleaning tasks, and support smooth shift handoffs. Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning work areas and machinery to food‑grade standards
• Supporting processing from harvest through packaging
• Running walkdowns, taking samples, and monitoring safe operations
• Collaborating with teammates to maintain quality and efficiency
  
  

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of GMP and industrial vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to learn production processes and follow safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, climb stairs, work at heights, kneel/squat, use PPE, and enter confined spaces
• No conditions preventing safe respirator use or safe plant operation

Ways of Working / Working ConditionsSchedule:

• 12‑hour shifts (6:30–7:00 AM/PM)
• Rotating days/nights every 2 weeks
• 2‑2‑3 schedule
• Overtime often available
  
  

Environment:

• Clean factory setting with some noise
• Indoor/outdoor movement required
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.05/hr base
• +$3/hr night shift differential
• 1.5× Sunday rate
• Overtime opportunities
