In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
- Install, commission, configure, and maintain field instruments in production and utility systems, including flow, pressure, and analytical instruments.
- Perform installation, start-up, basic troubleshooting, and calibration of flowmeters, pressure gauges/transmitters, and digital indicators.
- Maintain and calibrate online analytical instruments, including pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) sensors and transmitters.
- Support equipment overhauls, technical modifications, and the commissioning of new instruments.
- Complete maintenance and calibration records in compliance with Quality System and GMP requirements.
- Valid low-voltage electrician certificate.
- Hands-on experience with flow, pressure, and analytical instruments (pH / DO).
- Familiarity with instrument calibration and basic fault diagnosis.
- Basic PLC knowledge, including 4–20 mA and digital signals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Major in Instrumentation or a related field, with a vocational school, technical school, or junior college education or above, and 2–5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance.
