The Role & Your Impact

As a Quality Specialist, you will be a key partner to our manufacturing teams helping them operate safely and in alignment with our quality, food, and feed safety requirements.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Acting as first‑line support for production regarding quality and food/feed safety topics, guiding teams to operate according to requirements
  • Delivering training to strengthen a culture where employees feel ownership for food/feed safety and quality
  • Managing communication, follow‑up, and trending within quality and food/feed safety areas
  • Planning, supporting, and participating in internal, customer, and authority audits and inspections
  • Implementing legislation, internal requirements, and standards including FSSC22000, FAMI‑QS, ISO9001, and customer expectations
  • Driving continuous improvement of processes, systems, and ways of working

You will operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and close collaboration across production, Quality Operations colleagues, and Global Quality.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, dairy science, chemical engineering, or similar
  • Experience working with quality support in a production environment is essential
  • Experience with audits and inspections
  • A strong Quality and Food Safety mindset
  • Knowledge of management systems - GMP, HACCP, and food/feed safety programs
  • Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken

  • Experience with developing training materials and conducting training
  • Continuous improvement or LEAN experience
  • Familiarity with enzyme‑ or fermentation‑based production environments
