The Role & Your Impact
In this role, you will help turn data, insights, and market understanding into meaningful recommendations that support strategic and commercial decisions. You will work across a variety of projects, gaining exposure to global innovation, market development, and customer facing work while taking ownership of your own tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of market, consumer, and sales data, working with internal studies, external data sources, and BI tools.
- Creating clear presentations for stakeholders, using market insights and industry trends.
- Contributing to new product development through strategy input, positioning work, and development of sales and marketing materials.
- Supporting sales performance tracking, reporting, and pipeline progress follow up.
- Providing general business support across strategic, commercial, and innovation related tasks.
- Preferably in the final year of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, strategy, economics, or finance.
- A strong flair for data, analysis, and translating findings into structured insights.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, ambitious learner who thrives on challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, including full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- A detail‑oriented, structured working style.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to take responsibility and work independently.

- Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
