Join us as our new Supply Chain Business Analyst

We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst with a strong business mindset and a sharp eye for how technology really works. You excel at translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions, and you are comfortable engaging with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that needs are understood, designed, and delivered without gaps.

Anchored in our Order-to-Cash (O2C) Integration area, you will work on systems that sits between our customers’ systems and our own platforms. This system is becoming critical infrastructure in how we connect, map, and automate data flows with our customers at scale, and its importance is only growing. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining these integrations, while also taking the lead on smaller business requests that help optimize and evolve our supply chain processes.

Welcome to the team

The Global Order to Cash (O2C) team is situated within the Supply Chain Development organization, with focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and meeting customer expectations. The team is diverse including roles such as talented Product Owners within e-commerce platform, order fulfilment, Salesforce Service Cloud, AI automation and customer master data lead.

You will be part of the Order to Cash Integration team, a group of project managers who deliver customer value every day through integration and supply chain process optimization. We value strong sparring and open discussions. We are driven by solving complex problems and continuously challenging how we deliver projects better, smarter, and at greater scale.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Translate business requirements into integration solutions by working with supply chain stakeholders and technical teams to define clear and structured requirements.
  • Design and maintain integration mappings in the middleware platform that connects customer systems with our internal Order-to-Cash landscape.
  • Analyze customer integration requirements and translate them into practical solutions that align with existing system capabilities and integration standards.
  • Support customer onboarding and integration changes, ensuring that data flows and message structures are correctly defined, tested, and implemented.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and implemented in a scalable way.
  • Lead smaller business initiatives and change requests, helping improve processes, integrations, and system usage across the supply chain landscape.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the integration landscape, providing visibility into integration performance, onboarding progress, and operational metrics.
  • Support benchmarking and analysis of integration performance to identify opportunities for improvement and increased automation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending system or integration enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrations remain stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

To Succeed You Must Hold

  • A master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into structured solutions.
  • Have strong experience with change management and understand what it takes to move from solution design to real adoption
  • A curiosity for how systems work, with an interest in understanding integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and concepts such as middleware platforms, APIs, EDI, or message-based integrations.
  • Have experience with development projects within SAP SD
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, able to collaborate with colleagues on all levels of the organization
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or KPI tracking is considered an advantage.
