Title: Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth of Novonesis BioSolutions across assigned customers and territories. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with key accounts in the pharma, nutraceutical or biotechnology sectors while identifying new opportunities to expand Novonesis’ BioSolutions portfolio.
Develop and execute strategic account plans.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into commercial wins.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Ensure smooth execution of customer projects and launches.
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Generate actionable insights using Power BI & Excel.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure smooth execution of customer projects and launches.
- Pipeline & Forecasting
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Sales Enablement & Reporting
Generate actionable insights using Power BI & Excel.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Annual sales revenue growth
- New business development
- Key account expansion
- Pipeline value and conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Candidate Profile
- Education
- Experience
or related field. MBA (preferred but optional).
Experience in enzymes, biotech ingredients including probiotics, nutraceu
ticals, pharma, or specialty ingredients preferred.

- Technical understanding of BioSolutions
- Strategic account management
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Strong SAP, Salesforce, Power BI exposure.
