Principais Atividades

A pessoa deverá apoiar rotinas operacionais do time, incluindo:

• Escrituração de notas fiscais de operações não comerciais (remessas, retornos, armazenagem etc.).
• Registro de notas fiscais de retorno simbólico.
• Apoio na conciliação de alguns impostos, conforme orientação da equipe.
• Auxílio nos lançamentos de remessas de armazenagem e outros documentos relacionados.
• Suporte geral às demandas operacionais do time de Tax alocado em Valinhos.
  
  

Requisitos

• Conhecimento básico em operações fiscais (mesmo que introdutório).
• Noções gerais de escrituração e rotinas administrativas.
• Capacidade para trabalhar com sistemas de registro de documentos fiscais.
• Atenção a detalhes e boa organização para lidar com alto volume de notas.
• Familiaridade com Excel (nível básico a intermediário).
