The Planning & Procurement team’s primary focus is a strong delivery performance, where we deliver our product in the right quality at the right time. This is achieved through a close collaboration with our production and contract manufacturers together with our commercial organization. We have a broad reach within the Food culture business unit, where we link together our many stakeholders to meet our customers' expectations.
You will be part of our Planning & Procurement team. Your new team will, apart from you, consist of two other supply chain planners, two Procurement Specialists, a Planning Manager and one student assistants. All with a strong understanding of our complex supply chain and processes as well as many years of experience in the company. The team is diverse with both young and experienced employees.

A position within the Planning & Procurement DK function for the Cultures site AVE, with great opportunities for making a difference in an international work environment. You will be reporting directly to the Manager for Planning & Procurement DK.
We have an informal work environment, where we collaborate to reach our goals/KPI’s and with the possibility to work from home 1 – 2 days per week.
It is a temporary position until July 2027.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
- Delivering strong performance in line with targets set by site management.
- Maintaining stock levels according to site management goals.
- Collaborating with Production and Warehouse teams on delivery issues and other optimization opportunities.
- Reporting recurring or unresolved issues to Procurement Category Management.
- Executing daily procurement activities based on MRP requirements and end‑user needs (including traded finished goods, packaging materials, raw materials, and test kits).
- Providing input to planners on material-level improvements related to forecasting, safety stock, and lot sizes.
- Proactively using ERP and MRP systems to support inventory reduction and strengthen inventory management.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders—such as Procurement, Suppliers, Planners, Customer Service, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Production—to optimize performance.
- Managing SCRAP processes and following up on expired and obsolete stock.
- Have experience or a relevant educational background within Supply Chain and have a supply chain mindset to ensure we keep our productions running.
- Be a strong and reliable team player with a global mindset and experience from the process industry.
- Have experience working with SAP ECC and MS Office.
- Be fluent in English and Danish. English is our company language, and you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from various nationalities. The fact that you're not Danish is not a limitation. However, it would be advantageous if you have some interest in learning the language.
- Be open and honest, and show an inviting and engaging approach when facing challenges.
