Main Activities
- Perform microbiological analyses in dairy products according to Lab procedure;
- Preparation of media/ diluent/ plates. Plating.
- Perform physicochemical analysis in dairy products according to Lab procedure;
- Interpretation results under the guidance of the Lab Responsible.
- Students in the final years of their degree - Food and Biotechnical Engineers.
