Join us as our new Transfer Pricing Specialist
Novonesis is looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Group Tax team. You will become part of a small, high impact team that works across the global business to secure compliant, efficient, and well aligned transfer pricing for the Novonesis Group.
This is an excellent opportunity if you want to work with complex international tax matters, collaborate broadly across functions, and help shape the transfer pricing landscape of a global biotech company.
In This Role You Will Make An Impact By
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Tax, Finance, Legal, Strategy and Integration, as well as R&D, Supply Operations, and Commercial teams. You will also interact with external advisors and, on occasion, with tax authorities, including as part of APA processes.

The role is based at our office in Lyngby and is part of the Group Tax function. We offer a hybrid work model that supports flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration within the team. The position is full time, and travel expectations are limited.

Novonesis is looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Group Tax team. You will become part of a small, high impact team that works across the global business to secure compliant, efficient, and well aligned transfer pricing for the Novonesis Group.
This is an excellent opportunity if you want to work with complex international tax matters, collaborate broadly across functions, and help shape the transfer pricing landscape of a global biotech company.
In This Role You Will Make An Impact By
- Preparing and coordinating transfer pricing documentation for group entities across countries, including Master File, Local Files, functional analyses, and benchmarking input.
- Supporting global intercompany pricing policies and agreements, including maintenance, ERP implementation, and ensuring alignment across the business.
- Providing operational transfer pricing support, including monitoring margins, reviewing intercompany charges, and supporting year-end adjustments.
- Contributing to Novonesis’ portfolio of bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements and supporting the preparation of annual APA compliance reports.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure transfer pricing alignment.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Tax, Finance, Legal, Strategy and Integration, as well as R&D, Supply Operations, and Commercial teams. You will also interact with external advisors and, on occasion, with tax authorities, including as part of APA processes.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Experience with transfer pricing documentation and functional analyses.
- Good understanding of financial statements, including segmentation and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with operational transfer pricing processes.
- Relevant educational background such as an MSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Law.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Danish.
