Join us as our new EWM business Process Expert

We are looking for an EWM Business Process Expert to help design, implement, and improve SAP S/4HANA EWM at Novonesis, with focus on warehouse processes, and Plan-to-Produce (P2P) integration.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Solutions In2Outbound (I2O) track in the global S/4HANA program, joining a skilled, high-performing team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key. In this role, you act as a central process stakeholder for EWM and P2P, working with Solution Leads, IT, and regional/local representatives to ensure global template solutions fit real operations.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Develop and improve core EWM processes across inbound, outbound, internal movements, and warehouse execution, with focus on ensuring robust integration with PP/PP-DS into EWM and supporting Container management system (CMS) -related flows.
• Act as central EWM/P2P process stakeholder within In2Outbound, collaborating with regional and site representatives to align global standards with local needs & with P2P track leads.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops across supply chain, production, warehouse, and IT to align and refine processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for EWM, CMS, and P2P integration and support solution design with IT and implementation partners.
• Prepare and execute SAT/UAT for key EWM and Container management system scenarios, act as key expert user, and support go-lives, roll-outs, and site readiness.
  
  

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production/supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM, logistics execution and of P2P (PP, PP/DS) and its touchpoints with warehouse operations.
• Proven experience from In2Outbound (I2O) or a similar S/4HANA template program.
• Familiar with production orders, material staging, intercompany shipments, and warehouse monitoring.
• Experience with S/4HANA Fiori and modules such as PP, EWM, MM, WM, TM, BTP is a plus.
