In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
- Manage quality-related SAP system activities for both local site & Global.
- Ensure that SAP QM master data has right quality, including SAP trouble shooting
- Ensure the effective operation of the site’s Quality Management System in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver professional quality-related training to enhance awareness across the organization
- Lead or support quality improvement and optimization projects within the site.
- Lead site quality culture initiatives to promote continuous improvement and engagement.
- Other tasks that also is part of the department’s responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Safety, or related fields.
- Experience in SAP, particularly in the QM module and master data management systems
- Experience with Quality management system to meet FSSC22000, ISO9000, FAMI-QS requirements, along with knowledge of compliance processes, quality training, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the food/pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Good communication and collaboration abilities are required.
