The Role & Your Impact

• Design, develop and promote enzyme products for animal feed, develop lab demos, and turn scientific data into clear technical and sales materials.
• Support customer pitches and product promotion, adapt products and applications to regional market needs, and translate customer needs into project targets.
• Lead and coordinate application projects, guide junior staff, work safely and efficiently.
• Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• PhD in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Animal Health & Nutrition
• 5+ years’ experience in enzymes, animal nutrition, technical services and feed additives.
• Strong in experiment design, statistics, data analysis and scientific communication, and can use these skills to influence product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and presentation skills, team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, business travel up to 50% of working time.
