In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

Executing CAPEX projects on automation or digitalization in production units:

• Be the User Manager (UM) in investment project, which link to automation and digitalization towards intelligent manufacture. Together with the user group and project manager, securing that the project is delivered to the expected outcome or benefits.
• Be responsible for clearly defining the requirements from users, GMP, EHS, and engineering standards into IA documents (URS, charter, justification….).
• User Management lead in production automation or digitalization projects from definition, design, execution to handover.
• Be responsible for optimizing the quality of IA documents and the collaboration with stakeholders. Build up the guidance and better practice.
  
  

Explore new technology which will improve productivity and operation efficiency:

• Lead or provide key technical support for automation projects, support function from fermentation, recovery, solid processing and finished goods production.
• Understanding Robot technology, vision management on factory implementation; connect to external for new technology development.
• Familiar in automation solution in intra logistics like AGV, automated warehouse operation, and associated technologies and management system (RFID, QR codes, WMS).
• Know how on seamless integration of automation systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SCADA/ERP) to enable data-driven manufacturing.
• Try pilot automation projects in pipeline and scale up by continuous improvement with better design to support future factory build up.
  
  

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Minimum a B.S. in a chemical/processing engineering discipline, mechanical/industry automation manufacture, or with related a minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or food manufactory plant.
• Rich experience or strong interest with industry intelligent manufacture. Proven successful performance and experience as user manager in automation projects is required (Robot, vision system).
• Experience with automated material handling systems (AGV, AS/RS) and identification technologies (RFID, Barcode) is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with PLC/SCADA, DCS, and MES for drive data management.
• Strong project management and good communication skills
• Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
