In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies to enhance mechanical asset performance and lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve recurring equipment failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs using tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Participate in new equipment design reviews and installations to ensure systems are reliable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Perform reliability analysis on critical mechanical systems and monitor KPIs to drive improvement.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability while optimizing costs.
• Provide technical support during equipment overhauls, repairs, and upgrades, and explore advanced technologies for reliability improvement and energy saving.
  
  

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical reliability, maintenance, or engineering within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, rotating machinery, and piping systems.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication analysis.
• Experience with reliability tools and methodologies, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Skilled at reading and creating mechanical drawings, familiarity with electrical, pneumatic diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Good command of English in speaking, listening, and writing.
