Are you ready to take ownership of complex industrial customer relationships and drive real commercial impact? Join our multinational team, where you will play a key role in growing and developing customer partnerships across the oils and fats value chain.
Welcome to the Oils and Fats Group
Our team is composed of experienced technical and commercial professionals working closely together to sell enzymatic solutions for biodiesel production, degumming, and oleochemicals. We support customers across refining, fuel, and food-related applications and contribute directly to sustainability goals linked to RED III and EU carbon reduction targets. You will work in close collaboration with technical specialists, data teams, and management to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
You will take full responsibility for a portfolio of industrial customers, managing relationships from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization. You will lead commercial dialogues, translate technical solutions into business value, and guide customers through complex decision processes. This role requires strong structure, follow-through, and the confidence to challenge customer assumptions constructively.

We expect you to be curious, commercially driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo. You should be able to work independently while taking responsibility for outcomes, and at the same time value teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

In Addition, Some Of Your Key Tasks Will Include
- Managing and growing assigned customer accounts across oils, fats, biodiesel, and oleochemical segments
- Leading customer meetings focused on process performance, risk, cost, and value creation
- Driving opportunity pipelines with clear next steps, decision signals, and accurate forecasting
- Coordinating closely with technical specialists to support trials, evaluations, and implementations
- Navigating multiple stakeholders including operations, quality, procurement, and management
- Maintaining disciplined Salesforce usage and high-quality call and opportunity documentation
To Succeed You Must
- Have proven experience in B2B account management within industrial, technical, or process-driven markets
- Be comfortable selling solutions rather than individual products
- Be able to engage credibly with engineers, plant managers, and commercial decision-makers
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement, structure, and ownership mindset
- Be willing to travel regularly to customer sites
- Be fluent in English, both oral and written. A second European language is an advantage but not a requirement
