In This Role You Are Expected To
- Drive SEA Oils and Fats business growth by implementing enzymatic technology in Oils and Fats industry, execute must win battle and interact with customers in dynamic multicultural environments.
- Develop account plans to facilitate strategic discussions and identify Must Win Battles, support and resources needed, competitor threats, etc.
- Pursue business development opportunities with holistic approach: up-selling and cross-selling.
- Understand market dynamics in palm oil industry and how it can impact our customers business.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to better support our customers by optimizing enzymatic and whole process.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering/science/business fields.
- Over 10 years industry experience in refinery, biodiesel, oleochemical and specialty fats plant.
- Experience working with engineering companies in Oils and Fats industry, while working with enzyme will be an excellent added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Verbal communication in Bahasa will be an advantage.
- Strong customer focus with a solid technical understanding. Self-driven, proactive personality, ability to work independently, and enjoy collaborating across teams within and outside organization.
