Welcome to our thriving Process and Technology department, where innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence drive everything we do. Our team has experienced remarkable growth and is preparing for an exciting future fueled by increasing demands for enhanced automation and optimized production capabilities.

Based in Pohlheim and supporting Manufacturing Europe, our diverse group of engineers, specialists, and technicians works closely with production teams to strengthen and advance our automation systems. From optimization and programming to testing, commissioning, and post-implementation support, we are at the forefront of aligning sophisticated automation processes with strategic business goals. Join us in shaping the future of automation and contributing to operational excellence across our production facilities.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Supporting and enhancing automation systems in our existing production facilities
• Collaborating closely with process engineers and production operators
• Participating in project activities including reviews, testing, and commissioning
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and improving process automation systems
• Optimizing and programming DCS and PLC process control systems
• Creating, interpreting, and maintaining process and programming documentation
• Ensuring high-quality implementation and post-project support
• Contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with organizational strategies
  
  

To Succeed You Must Hold

• A ready-to-learn attitude and strong motivation to grow within automation
• Hands-on experience with DCS or PLC process control systems
• A solid educational background in engineering, automation technology, or a related technical field, supported by practical experience
• A hands-on, solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• A broad understanding of process control and automation principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a structured, decisive approach to tasks
• Fluency in both English and German
• Availability to work on-site in Pohlheim
