In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
- Ensure full compliance with Novonesis Responsible Purchasing Policy and all contract terms.
- Lead sourcing, bidding, and contracting activities for CAPEX projects at the Suzhou site.
- Prepare tender (RFQ) documentation and coordinate distribution to suppliers.
- Conduct commercial evaluations of supplier proposals and confirm selections with the Project Manager.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements as aligned with the Manager of Project Sourcing & Support, China.
- Resolve invoice issues and support timely supplier payment in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Execution team and foster a positive team environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Demonstrated strong ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of project or investment sourcing experience within international companies.
- Proven strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
