In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Collaborate with local and global application teams on new enzyme and culture product development projects from the application perspective.
• Plan and execute experiments under the guidance of supervising scientists.
• Analyze samples using analytical techniques including Gas Chromatography–mass spectrometry (GCMS) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
• Develop and optimize analytical methods related to food ingredient characterization.
• Design and organize sensory tests. Build and maintain a structured database that combines sensory data and instrumental measurements for advanced digitalization analysis
• Prepare clear and detailed reports of experimental results for review by project teams.
• Act as a proactive team player, contributing ideas and maintaining effective communication within global project teams.
• Maintain laboratory records on the company data system, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  
  

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to plan experiments and interpret data accurately.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Capability to operate basic data analysis software.
• Preference of 1-3 year working experience in food industry, especially with plant proteins, microorganism and fermentation
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, for communication with global teams.
