In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
Strategic Sourcing
- Drive initiatives and projects through sourcing production equipment and services
- Pre-select suppliers for local and overseas demand
- Evaluate and approve suppliers with compliance with Novozymes Responsible Purchasing and contracts
- Challenge our stakeholders to focus on opportunities in emerging markets
- Contract negotiations and validation
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Engage with internal stakeholders to secure timely involvement in all relevant Capex projects
- Develop good relationships with external stakeholders, including strategic suppliers and relevant local authorities
- Provide professional value adding competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferable in mechanics or electrics
- Min. 3 years project or investment sourcing experience in international companies
- Strong negotiation skills and strong ethics
- Strong project management skills
- Highly developed communication skills orally and written
- Fluently in oral and written English
- Self-driven and motivating
- Excellent IT user skills (Microsoft office package)
