This role goes beyond traditional project delivery. We are looking for someone with a strong flair for change management who ensures that solutions are not only implemented, but understood, adopted, and successfully anchored in operations.

Welcome to the team

The Global Order to Cash (O2C) team is part of the Supply Chain Development organization, with focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and meeting customer expectations. The team is diverse including roles such as talented Product Owners within e-commerce platform, order fulfilment, Salesforce Service Cloud, AI automation and customer master data lead.

You will be part of the Order to Cash Integration team, a group of project managers who deliver customer value every day through integration and supply chain process optimization. We value strong sparring and open discussions. We are driven by solving complex problems and continuously challenging how we deliver projects better, smarter, and at greater scale.

In This Role You Will Make An Impact By

Leading and delivering integration projects at scale across Order to Cash Integration landscape with the following;

Primary Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customers to validate that a project solves a real user need before committing to a plan, and challenges scope when it doesn't
• Driving projects end-to-end, aligning internal and external stakeholders and ensuring progress across business and IT
• Planning ahead with a strong sense of structure, ensuring scope and requirements are clearly defined and anchored before execution
• Proactively managing change impacts, preparing stakeholders, and securing adoption of new processes and solutions
• Ensuring thorough documentation of all project phases, delivering reports and insights at project closure
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Leading change management efforts so ensure smooth implementation and adoption by the end users
• Collaborating with key stakeholders in customer service organizations globally to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration of order to cash initiatives.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of how we run projects, collaborate, and scale our solutions
• Supporting operations with integrations and ad hoc requests when business-critical issues arise
• Continuously improving how we transition projects into steady-state operations
  
  

To Succeed You Must

• Hold a master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or another relevant field
• Have good understanding of order-to-cash processes, and customer inquiry handling flows
• Have solid experience with change management and understand what it takes to move from solution design to real adoption
• Be comfortable working with technical complexity and have experience delivering integration projects, e.g. APIs, EDI or similar, understanding how business and systems need to connect in practice
• Have experience with development projects within SAP SD
• Hold strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with colleagues on all levels of the organization
• Know when agile works best, when waterfall is more appropriate, and when a pragmatic mix is the right choice
