Main Tasks

Lead change management for selected P&O projects

Define and execute change strategies and plans for projects driven out of People & Organization (HR) (e.g., new tech solutions, pay transparency, talent management), ensuring user confidence, high adoption and change readiness across the impacted users.

Drive stakeholder mapping & engagement

Identify impacted stakeholders, assess change impact, and ensure relevant groups are aligned, engaged and supported throughout key project milestones.

Develop and execute communication & training plans

Create clear, accessible communication content and collaborate with process owners and other stakeholders like internal comms to enable users during change rollouts.

Monitor and improve user adoption

Track adoption metrics, gather feedback from reference groups, leaders and employees, and drive corrective actions to secure intended business outcomes.

Other Tasks

  • Support hypercare and stabilization periods after system releases.
  • Contribute to cross functional initiatives impacting HR processes or system rollout planning.
  • Prepare leadership briefings and steer co. material for materials for decision making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities within the Change Management team.

Key Stakeholders

This role will work closely together with project managers and project participants to secure a strong change management approach and deliverables. Other key stakeholders this role will have to engage with includes but is not limited to:

  • Global Process Owners in P&O
  • People Tech Team
  • Change impacted users globally in Novonesis
  • Global P&O

Industrial/technical background

  • Strong experience with change management in global transformations, preferably within P&O (e.g., HR System roll-outs or other larger organizational changes).
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable communication and change plans.
  • Proven record of executing on communication plans or activities in relation to launches.
  • Solid experience working in project environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Understanding of digitalization of people experiences and processes is a plus.

Relevant Educational Backgrounds

  • Organizational change, communication, HR, business administration, psychology, digital transformation, or similar.

Relevant Professional Skills

  • Change management planning and execution
  • Communication planning & content creation
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Workshop planning and facilitation
  • Training & adoption
  • Project collaboration and structured delivery
  • Understanding of HR processes and system rollouts (advantage)

Years Of Relevant Experience

  • 5+ years in change management, project management, internal communications, HR transformation, or similar.

  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complexity

This role is part of the People Tech Change Management Team in People & Organization. This team supports our organization in not only surviving through change, but learning to thrive in an ever-changing environment. This role is an addition to the Change Management team, and is routed with us, as focusing on HR operations and improvements is a global pathway and will be all about changes in the years to come.

The team is small, but is filled with energy, laughs and informal dialogues. We thrive when we support one another and appreciate the different competences and perspectives we all bring to a discussion.

Hybrid, but office first

Travel: Very minimal, although travel once or twice a year might be expected.
