We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our 15-month-old, rapidly growing psychological AI startup. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring our SaaS offering meets the needs of our diverse client base while driving positive societal impact.

As an early-stage startup, we need a versatile Senior Product Manager who can effectively shape our product strategy while adapting to the evolving needs of a growing AI company. This role is crucial in ensuring our SaaS offering meets market demands, aligns with our mission, and scales efficiently as we expand our operations and take on increasingly complex projects. You'll be at the forefront of translating our AI capabilities into valuable, user-friendly products that drive both business success and social impact.

Once You Are Here, You Will Work In:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring our AI-powered SaaS offerings deliver value to clients and align with our mission
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science and UX/design to translate user needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritising features based on market research, user feedback, and data-driven insights
  • Drive product success through clear communication of strategy to stakeholders, defining and tracking key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team

Relevant Experience & Mindset:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, driving digital or tech products from concept to launch
  • Proven track record of shipping innovative, high-impact products that solve real user problems
  • User-centric approach and a talent for translating insights into actionable product strategies
  • Exceptional communicator, able to articulate product vision and align cross-functional teams around common goals
  • Great at navigating the delicate balance between technical constraints, business objectives, and ethical considerations in AI
  • Team player who is proactive and resilient
  • A passion for social good
