We are looking for an IT professional to join our 15-month-old, rapidly growing, psychological AI startup to oversee all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, including cybersecurity, device management, and software maintenance.

As an early-stage startup, we need a versatile IT professional who can effectively manage our technological infrastructure while adapting to the evolving needs of a growing AI company. This role is crucial in ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and scalable as we expand our operations and take on increasingly complex projects.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT systems and infrastructure
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures in collaboration with our partner Eye Security
- Execute and monitor device management and software updates across the organization
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for all staff
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices aligned with industry standards
- Evaluate and collaborate with vendors for IT services and products
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and security threats relevant to our work

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on security in data-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and threat detection
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, SIEM tools and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001)
- Team player who is proactive and resilient
