We’re a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Copenhagen, and we’re looking for a talented entry-level copywriter to join our Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team.

About the role

As our new copywriter, you’ll help us refine Factbird’s unique voice and communicate it in ways that deeply resonate with our ideal customers and colleagues. We’ve got a solid foundation, but we are missing that spark where we go, yup, that’s it!

Whether through website copy, social media, emails, or other channels, you’ll ensure that every word we share strengthens our connection with customers. You’ll work closely with our content manager, collaborating to craft copy that inspires action and aligns with our company’s growth goals.

Together, we will plan, execute, and analyze projects while working under the motto: Always be helping.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact within our company. Your contributions will directly influence how Factbird is perceived in the world of manufacturing intelligence.

Responsibilities

Here are the main things you’ll have the opportunity to work on:

  • Thought leadership content. Content that helps people and isn’t just a click trap for re-marketing or cold calling.
  • Web copy. We don’t want to just list our features on the website; we want engaging words that connect with the right people.
  • Academy courses. Either building them from scratch or helping them shine.
  • Social media posts. We need help writing good stuff on the socials.
  • Ad copy. Why write many word when few good?
  • Research. So much research. We have a lot of data and interesting stories that are just begging to get out in the world.
  • BRAND. This goes beyond tone of voice and visual style; it’s about how we are perceived in the world. This could be, for example, guiding colleagues on how we communicate our value.

Underlying all of this is learning about manufacturing intelligence, becoming an expert at communicating what we do, and understanding what makes our ideal customers tick.

This isn’t expected to happen on day one; just bring a willingness to learn about how people make stuff and how Factbird helps them do that more efficiently.

Qualifications and skills

  • Little to no previous experience is required. Seriously. Just a passion for storytelling and the ability to learn quickly. Your application will involve copywriting, and this is how we will see if you are the right fit for Factbird.
  • Team player. You’ll need to be team-oriented with the ability to collaborate closely with our specialists in MarCom (design, demand generation, marketing automation, product marketing) and across departments (Sales, HR, Product).
  • Curiousity. Eager to learn about manufacturing intelligence and how Factbird helps companies succeed.
  • Versatility. Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are an ambitious scale-up with smart competitors and investors on our back, so we need to move fast and break things.
  • Fluency in English. Factbird primarily speaks US English.
