Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. This role is perfect for someone with strong practical know-how, especially in automation and IT/OT protocols, who also possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities. What You Will Be Doing:
- Technical Planning: collaborate with stakeholders to plan technical project aspects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Design & Development: Design and oversee integration solutions, ensuring adherence to project and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Lead testing and quality assurance processes, including establishing protocols and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Review & Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance post-deployment, handling issues or upgrades to meet user needs.
- Communication: Translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate technical risks impacting project timelines and devise contingency plans.
- Customer Support:
- Act as a technical troubleshooter, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for smooth customer experiences.
- Address user inquiries with professional, timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and follow-ups to ensure seamless operations.
You are a great fit if:
- You have practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- You’ve gathered hands-on experience with automation, technical support, and IT/OT protocols.
- You’re knowledgeable in designing, building, and testing solutions with sensors, IoT devices, and connectivity.
- You excel in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making sure everyone is on the same page.
- Your strong organizational skills help you maintain records and effectively manage risk assessments.
- You take pride in your accountability and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders, contributing to a positive team environment.
