To continue our growth, we are looking for a senior, high-energy, commercial, and resourceful Partner Manager with experience in B2B SaaS to help our partners leverage the value of our Manufacturing Intelligence solution.


Who we’re looking for

The Senior Partner Manager plays a crucial role in expanding and managing Factbird’s network of channel partners, technology alliances, and business partnerships. In this strategic position, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by fostering strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on enhancing partner performance and executing strategic initiatives that align with Factbird’s business objectives.

You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and supporting integrations and partnerships that elevate Factbird’s value and market presence. This role will involve evaluating potential partnerships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the seamless integration of partner capabilities into Factbird’s product suite. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product and Go-To-Market functions to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the success of partnership outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new strategic partners to enhance market presence. Execute partner strategies to drive revenue growth and align with company goals.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. Build relationships with partners’ senior executives to facilitate joint initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement and Support: Develop training programs and tools to help partners effectively market and support our products. Support partners throughout the sales cycle and monitor performance metrics.
  • Program Development and Execution: Create partner programs to attract and retain top-performing partners. Drive joint marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Market Expansion and Analysis: Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. Collaborate with teams to position offerings effectively through partners.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide updates to the executive team on partnership status and performance. Utilize CRM tools to track partner engagement and establish KPIs for success.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience working within the manufacturing landscape is a must.
  • 7+ years in partner management, business development, or channel sales, ideally within technology, industrial IoT, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in managing and expanding strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner-related activities and events.
